Klaviyo is a global technology company that provides a marketing automation platform, used primarily for email marketing and SMS marketing.

The Integration App allows a business to export customer information from NetSuite to Klaviyo so you can send marketing communication to customers. Additionally, sales and order information is passed from NetSuite to Klaviyo as a profile event. To sync customer marketing preferences, Klaviyo exclusions are imported to NetSuite contacts.
