Configure - Billing Flow

WooCommerce Billing flows take care of creating Invoices/Cash Sales for the sales orders in NetSuite.

DataFlow 1:  Cash Sales – Add Cash Sales from NetSuite Order to NetSuite Cash Sale

This flow will create Cash Sale records in NetSuite for the Sales orders imported from WooCommerce.

DataFlow 2:  Invoices – Add Invoices from NetSuite Order to NetSuite Invoice

This flow will create Invoices in NetSuite for the Sales orders imported from WooCommerce.

Part A: Setting the integrator.io side of things –

Steps to configure flow:  –

  1. Log in to integrator.io
  2. Click on WooCommerce – NetSuite Integration App

Click on the Settings → Billing tab and select the correct saved search

PART B: Configuring the NetSuite side of things

Steps to configure saved search: 

  1. Type: novamodule WooCommerce Auto-Billing Export in the Global Search in NetSuite.
  2. Edit it and add the below fields in the criteria. Make sure to select the required Sales Order statuses in the Status Field.

  3. Go to results and add the additional fields if needed. Click on SAVE once done with all the additional mappings.

  4. Go to flow mappings and add if there are additional fields added to the NetSuite saved search. Run the flow after the changes.

DataFlow 3:  Cash Sales (Partial Billing) – Add Cash Sales from NetSuite Item Fulfillment to NetSuite Cash Sale.

This flow will auto-bill the Sales orders that are partially fulfilled in NetSuite and creates the Cash Sale records.

Note: Both flows DF1& DF3 use the same saved search to bill the sales orders in NetSuite.

DataFlow 4:  Invoices (Partial Billing) – Add Invoices from NetSuite Item Fulfillment to NetSuite Invoices.

This flow will auto-bill the Sales orders that are partially fulfilled in NetSuite and creates the invoice records.

PART B: Configuring the NetSuite side of things

Steps to configure saved search:  –
