Free Trial and Subscription

Start a trial to unlock all features and begin using NovaApps.

  • Login to your NetSuite account.                                         

If the NovaApps menu isn’t visible in the NetSuite menu bar, try hovering over the three dots (⋯) on the right. This will expand additional menu options, including NovaApps.                                   

Starting a Trial

  • Navigate to NovaApps → Setup → Subscription
  • This page outlines your account details and the subscription process.
  1. Account Info
  • The first name, last name, and email address that will be associated with your NovaApps subscription are shown here. This information is automatically retrieved from your NetSuite user account.
  • Click ‘Next’.

  1. Subscription
  • Click the “Start My Free Trial” button to start your trial for NovaApps.

  • The subscription status, start date, and end date are now displayed.

  • Click on ‘Next’.
  1. Support
  • If you need assistance with NovaApps, please raise a support ticket or visit our Help Guide.
  • Click ‘Finish’.

Manage Your Subscription

  • After starting your trial or subscribing to a paid plan, you can view your subscription details—including status, start date, and end date—at any time.
  • To ensure you have the most up-to-date subscription details, click the Refresh button.
  • By clicking the "Manage Billing" button, you can modify your current subscription or convert your trial into an active paid subscription.
  • For assistance, please visit the support page.

  • Click "Manage Billing" to open a new tab displaying your subscription and user details.
  • To add or update payment information, select "Add payment method".
  • Click the "Cancel Subscription" button to cancel your subscription at any time. This will stop further billing (for subscriptions). NovaApps’ features will be available till the end of the trial or subscription end date.
