This guide will walk you through the steps to update the Access Type field specifically for the “NM Stripe Invoice Payment Links” custom record in your NetSuite account which is part of the “Novamodule Stripe Integration App” NetSuite Bundle (ID 234507), ensuring that only authorized users have the necessary privileges. These instructions can be used to update the Access Type of any NetSuite custom record.

 Due to recent changes in NetSuite’s Access Type options (August 2024), we need to modify the Access Type to "Require Custom Record Entries Permission" to ensure optimal functionality.

Please follow these steps to update the Access Type:

1. Navigate to the "NM Stripe Invoice Payment Links" custom record. You’ll see the list of custom records in your NetSuite instance. Find “NM Stripe Invoice Payment Links”
2. Open the record type.
3. Edit the "Access Type" field and select "Require Custom Record Entries Permission."
4. Save the changes.

Additionally, please review and update any role permissions that require access to this custom record. Ensure that the roles have the necessary permissions to create, edit, and view "NM Stripe Invoice Payment Links" records.
