Description:

The flow “Stripe Invoice Status (Paid) to NetSuite Customer Payment Add on Demand” gets the invoice id(ids) from Invoice Status settings and creates a  NetSuite customer payment

• Once the invoice id is given and saved in the settings, this flow triggers a webhook to get the data of that invoice(invoices) from Stripe
• Creates a customer payment in NetSuite and applies it on the invoice. It also updates the Stripe Charge Id and Stripe Payment Id on the Customer Payment record in NetSuite

Configure IO Settings:

•  Click on Settings - Invoice Status - Stripe to NetSuite 

• Enter Invoice Id(s) to get a single invoice or multiple invoices (up to 100 Ids)
  • Enter the invoice id , if there are multiple invoices give them as comma separated values. The flow only creates customer payments for these invoices
• Account for NetSuite Payments
  • Select the account to map for customer payments in NetSuite
• Select Payment Method for NetSuite Payments
  • Select the payment method used to the payment in Netsuite
