Description:

Get the list of paid invoices from NetSuite and update the invoice status as paid in Stripe

• Once the flow is scheduled it gets the list of invoices with paid in full status from NetSuite using Novamodule Stripe Invoice Status Update Export Template Saved Search

Update Invoice

• Updates the status of the invoice record as paid in Stripe as the payment was made outside of the stripe platform in the mapping paid_out_of_band is set to “true”

Update NS Transaction Id

• Updates NetSuite Invoice Transaction ID to Stripe Metadata

Configure IO Settings:

•  Click on Settings - Invoice Status - NetSuite to Stripe 

• Select the NetSuite saved search for Exporting Invoices with paid in full status which will be available after the bundle installation “Novamodule Stripe Invoice Status Update Export Template”. Make a copy of the saved search and use the copied saved search for any additional criteria or results

• Check this Checkbox to ungroup the invoices for the flow “NetSuite Invoice Status to Stripe Invoice Status Update”

IO Mappings: 

• Update Invoice Status as Paid in Stripe

  • Paid_out_of_band is set to “true” as the Payment was made outside the Stripe Platform

• Update NS Transaction ID in Stripe meta data

  • Updates the invoice id on Stripe Metadata
