Description:

Gets the voided invoices from netsuite and voids them in Stripe

• Once the flow is scheduled it gets the list of  invoices from NetSuite using the Novamodule Stripe Void Invoice Export Template saved search where the Stripe Invoice Id field is not empty and status of the invoice is “voided”

Void Invoice

• The flow then gets the invoice from Stripe with the Stripe Invoice Id in NetSuite and then updates the invoice status in Stripe as void.

Configure IO Settings:

•  Click on Settings - Invoices- Stripe to NetSuite 

• Select the NetSuite saved search for Invoice with “voided” status which will be available after the bundle installation “Novamodule Stripe Void Invoice Export Template”. Make a copy of the saved search and use the copied saved search for any additional criteria or results

  • The Consume Applied balance is Set to “false” in the mappings .By setting "Consume Applied Balance" to false, Stripe retains the applied balance on the invoice without deducting it from the customer's account balance
