Installation & Configuration

Installation

  1. Go to Stripe App Marketplace and search for app SuitePrintPro.
  2. Click Install App and click continue to approve installation steps.

Configuration

  1. Navigate to the Invoice Screen: Locate the invoice you wish to print and ensure it shows a "paid" status.


  2. Registration on Invoice Screen: You will see a registration form with fields for your email address and password.
  3. Create Your Account: Enter your desired email address and password in the registration form. Click the appropriate button to submit your information and create your account.

  4. Download SuitePrintPro App: A message may appear prompting you to download the SuitePrintPro app. Links for downloading the app for various platforms (e.g., Windows, Mac) might be provided.  [Mandatory]  Proceed to step 5 after downloading and installing the app.

  7. Install SuitePrintPro: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process for the SuitePrintPro app on your OS.



  8. Connect Printer:  Ensure your device is connected to the printer you want to use for printing the invoice.


  9. SuitePrintPro Login:  Launch the SuitePrintPro app. Use the same email address and password you created on the invoice screen registration form to log in.

  10. Refresh Invoice Screen: After successful login, return to the invoice screen in your web browser and reload the page. This step ensures the system recognizes your newly created account.


  11. Refresh Printer Option (if applicable): Depending on the app's functionality, you might see an option to refresh the printer list within the SuitePrintPro app. Use this option to ensure the app recognizes your connected printer.


  12. Select Printer and Settings: Choose the appropriate printer from the list of available devices in the SuitePrintPro app.  You might also have options to configure printing settings (e.g., paper size, color mode) within the app.

  1. Print Invoice:  Once you've selected the printer and adjusted settings (if needed), click the "Print" button within the SuitePrintPro app to print your invoice.
