Submit a Ticket

Have a PayPack configuration or feature question? Submit a ticket via our PayPack Support Form in your NetSuite account by navigating to menu tab novaApps → PayPack - Integrated Payment Processing Solution for Stripe → Support.

In our help center, you can also open a ticket via the chat widget or clicking Submit a Request.

Renew PayPack License

To renew an expiring PayPack license, go to navigation menu tab novaApps → PayPack - Integrated Payment Processing Solution for Stripe → Configuration. On this page, a Stripe payment link (Activate) is available to easily renew the license for another 12-month period.
