ShipStation Customer Deposit session offers 1 flow which take care of Customer deposit creation in NetSuite.

Data Flow 1: Customer Deposit - Add Customer Deposit from NetSuite Order to NetSuite Customer Deposit

This flow will run based on the saved search “novamodule Auto-create Customer Deposit Template”. It will get all the sales orders to which there is no customer deposit created in NetSuite then the flow will run and create customer deposit then check the check box “NetSuite Auto Deposit Exported”on the sales order to not include the same order again.
