Configure - Billing Flow

ShipStation Fulfillment session offers 4 flows which take care of billing in NetSuite.

Data Flow 1: Cash Sales - Add Cash Sales from NetSuite Order to NetSuite Cash Sale

This flow will run based on the saved search “novamodule ShipStation Auto-Billing Export Template”. This search will give all the sales orders to which billing record(cash sale) is not created then the flow will run and create the cash sale record and check the check box ”ShipStation Auto Bill Exported” on the sales order record to not include the same order again in the saved search.

Please set the saved search in IO settings-

Data Flow 2: Cash Sales (Partial Billing) - Add Cash Sales from NetSuite Item Fulfillment to NetSuite Cash Sale

This flow will run based on the saved search “novamodule ShipStation Auto-Billing Partial Export Template”. This search will give all the item fulfillment records to which billing record(cash sale) is not created then the flow will run and create the cash sale record and check the check box ”ShipStation Auto Bill Exported” on the item fulfillment record to not include the same order again in the saved search.

Data Flow 3: Invoices - Add Invoices from NetSuite Order to NetSuite Invoices

This flow will run based on the saved search “novamodule ShipStation Auto-Billing Export Template”. This search will give all the sales orders to which billing record(invoice) is not created then the flow will run and create the invoice record and check the check box ”ShipStation Auto Bill Exported” on the sales order record to not include the same order again in the saved search.

Data Flow 4: Invoices (Partial Billing) - Add Invoices from NetSuite Item Fulfillment to NetSuite Invoices

This flow will run based on the saved search “novamodule ShipStation Auto-Billing Partial Export Template”. This search will give all the item fulfillment records to which billing record(invoice) is not created then the flow will run and create the invoice record and check the check box ”ShipStation Auto Bill Exported” on the item fulfillment record to not include the same order again in the saved search.
