Configure - Fulfillment Flow

ShipStation Fulfillment session offers 3 flows which take care of fulfillments and shipments between Shipstation and NetSuite.

Data Flow 1: ShipStation Fulfillment to NetSuite Fulfillment Add

This flow will import back the shipping/tracking information back to NetSuite if the order manually mark as shipped in Shipstation instead of creating a label.

Setting integrator.io side of things –

Steps to configure flow: –

  1. Login into integrator.io
  2. Click on ShipStation-NetSuite Integration App
  3. Click on “ Settings” and configure the following fields- 

Provide the Shipstation store Ids that are using in the integration to import back the shipping details back to NetSuite.

If you want to test a specific order on demand then please provide the orderId in this section, please see the screenshot below:

Data Flow 2: ShipStation Shipment to NetSuite Fulfillment Add

This flow will import back the shipping/tracking information back to NetSuite after creating a label to the order in Shipstation.

Data Flow 3: ShipStation to NetSuite Shipments Retry

This flow will run based on the saved search “novamodule ShipStation Order Pending Fulfillments Template[V2]”. It will import back the shipping/tracking information back to NetSuite for the orders which are coming in the saved search(in case any order is missed in first two flows this search will get that order into the results then flow will run).
