In order to start syncing NetSuite customers to Klaviyo, you will need to enter the Klaviyo List Id in the integrated app general settings.

Find the Klaviyo List Id

  1. Navigate to Audience → Lists & Segments
  2. Go to List Settings
  3. Find and copy List Id
